Who we are
The Greater Geneva Bern Area (GGBa) is the investment promotion agency for Western Switzerland.
Our mission is to provide support to foreign companies allowing them to get established quickly and develop their activities in Western Switzerland.
Since 2010, we have successfully advised and guided hundreds of investors who have found in our region the optimal conditions for the development of their business.
All our services are provided confidentially, customized and free of charge to investors. They are (but are not limited to):
- Advice on the business environment in Switzerland
- Establish contacts with public and private sector partners
- Introductions to academic and R&D institutions
- Information on the tax system and available financial incentives
- Assistance with all administrative procedures (e.g., work and residence permits)
- Identification of commercial or industrial real estate (greenfield or brownfield)
- Support for employee relocations (housing, schools, etc.)
